Power Play Visual Table Tennis
The penhold grip generally uses the same side of the racket for both forehand and backhand by using a downward pendulum motion.  The forehand is dramatically more powerful than the backhand.  Players use extreme footwork in an attempt to cover as much of the table with their forehand as possible.
